We’re happy to accept your correctly prepared electronic files or let our professional design team help!

There are 3 fundamental components to a successful printed piece...your LOGO, the CONTENT and PICTURES. The time you take in selecting and preparing these elements, the better the results will be! Make sure you get the best possible results!

We’ve assembled a list of guidelines so your print job is able to be processed as smoothly as possible.

DESIGN IT YOURSELF GUIDELINES
    Acceptable media:
  • Macintosh or PC Format CD (never send original disk)
  • Email Attachment (under 20 mb)
    Supported applications:
  • InDesign CS2 (indd)
  • Illustrator CS2 (ai or eps)
  • Photoshop CS2 (tif, eps or jpg)
  • QuarkXPress 6.1 (qxd)
  • Acrobat PDF (pdf) 300 dpi, CMYK & Spot Colors, embed fonts, save for commercial print output, not for web
    Include the basics:
    For all supported applications your must also include:
  • Native files
  • Linked images (eps, tif, jpg or bmp files 150 dpi or higher in CMYK, grayscale or black & white)
  • Fonts (screen and printer fonts or create to outlines/curves)
  • Hard Copy (so we can match color & check reflow)
  • Make sure all files are CMYK & Spot Colors
  • No web graphics, web art is low resolution
    Proofs:
    We will provide a proof by fax or email a pdf file. You must review this proof carefully to make sure all items, spelling, prices and info is correct, then contact us with approval to print. Once approved, we are not responsible for any printing errors. We ship most orders in 5-7 business days after we receive a final proof approval.
    Ink colors:
  • 4 Color Process is CMYK(cyan, magenta, yellow and black)
  • 2 Color Standard Inks include...Black, Reflex Blue, Pro Blue,Red (PMS 185), Burgundy (PMS 187), Green (PMS 348), Purple (PMS), Orange (PMS 021)
  • Custom mixed PMS ink color available for additional charge
    Paper:
    There are many paper options available for an additional charge.
